Terms & Conditions


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may request a credit to your account, a replacement order, or a full refund of the purchase price upon return of your labels.

Payment Method
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Open credit terms can also be established. Contact your customer service representative at 1-800-299-9200, who will handle the credit approval process. We do recommend that if you need your first order quickly, that you use an approved credit card for your first purchase while your account is being established.

Ordering Lead Times
Stock labels will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Custom labels will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of order. Newly developed custom labels will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of proof approval.


Conditions of Sale
  • Custom label order quantities produced may differ from quantity ordered by plus or minus 10%.
  • All custom orders & personalizations require a customer authorized proof approval and can be received via fax, mail or email (in PDF format) at no charge. Additional cost may apply if a color proof should be required.
  • FREIGHT - All orders are F.O.B. shipping point. Freight charges on all orders will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
  • RETURN POLICY - All returns must be authorized and can quickly be handled by calling your customer service representative at 1-800-299-9200.
